Who is Formulate for?+
Formulate is designed for Registered Dietitians and qualified healthcare professionals working in hospital and clinical settings. It is not intended for consumer use or as a substitute for clinical judgment.
How do I set up my hospital's formulary?+
After signing in with your hospital account, open the Formulary settings and select the formulas your facility carries. Only your selected formulas will appear in calculators. Hospital system customization requires an active account — contact us to get set up.
Which platforms are supported?+
Formulate is available on iPhone and iPad running the latest iOS. An Apple ID is required to install from the App Store.
How do I request a formula that isn't in the app?+
Send the manufacturer, product name, and product code to carshear@gmail.com and we'll evaluate it for inclusion.
How do I report a calculation issue or bug?+
Email carshear@gmail.com with the formula name, inputs you used, and expected vs. observed output. Screenshots are very helpful.
Is my clinical data shared?+
No patient data leaves your device unless you're using an account-based hospital system feature. See our privacy policy for details.
